　　Due to the needs of the company's business, with the approval of Dongying Administration for Industry and Commerce Approval Service Bureau, the name of our company has been changed from "Shandong Kangrui Tire Materials Co., Ltd." to "Shandong Xinhao Tire Materials Co., Ltd." from April 7, 2020. The business address, contact information, and other information (tax number, bank account, account number, etc.) remain unchanged. After the company is renamed, the business entities and legal relationships remain unchanged, the original contracts signed continue to be valid, and the original business relationships and service commitments remain unchanged.
